This apprenticeship builds strong logical and analytical foundations, equipping you to handle workplace situations effectively and sensitively. Through handson learning with expert coaches, you’ll develop essential modern HR skills—from HR analytics to project management. Completing the programme with a Level 3 CIPD qualification gives you a recognised industry standard to accelerate your career progression. 

Who's eligible? 

  • Relevant work experience 
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs with grades 9 to 4 (A* to C) including English and Mathematics 

Targeted Skills 

  • Analytical thinking for handling workplace situations 
  • Core HR practice for daytoday people support 
  • HR data insights to inform decisions 
  • Project coordination within HR initiatives 
  • Clear, professional communication across the organisation.
