Apprenticeship overview
This degree apprenticeship develops the skills to solve complex problems and turn data into insights that drive business performance. Combining theory with hands‑on practice, it trains you to analyse large and complex data sets and support critical decision‑making. With expert guidance, you’ll build advanced capabilities in programming, big data, analytics, AI, machine learning, and automation. From the start, learning is applied to real organisational challenges, helping you understand the strategic value of data and confidently communicate data‑driven stories to key stakeholders.
Who’s eligible?
- Employed in a relevant role
- Minimum of English and Mathematics GCSEs with grades 9 to 4 (A* to C)
- Completion of a level 3 apprenticeship/professional qualification in a relevant discipline OR a recognised and equivalent qualification (examinations and experience will be considered)
Targeted Skills
- Advanced analytics and statistical modelling
- Programming and big‑data engineering, using tools such as Python and large‑scale data technologies
- Machine learning and AI development to build predictive models and automate processes.
- Data visualisation and storytelling, presenting clear, compelling insights to stakeholders
- Strategic data application, using evidence‑based insights to influence decisions and drive business performance
