- Trainee Accounting Technician
- Cashier Finance Assistant
- Purchase Ledger Clerk
You’ll learn to work methodically, insightfully, and accurately within industry regulations of the accounting profession as an Assistant Accountant.
Targeted Skills
- Core Accounting Skills – Preparing accounts, processing transactions, maintaining ledgers.
- Financial Reporting & Analysis – Interpreting financial data and producing useful reports.
- Regulatory & Compliance Awareness – Working accurately within accounting standards and controls.
- Digital & Emerging Skills – Using accounting software plus awareness of AI, sustainability, and cyber security.
- Professional Behaviours – Communication, organisation, and reflective practice through ongoing coaching.
Who is this programme for?
- You must be employed in a relevant role to study this programme
- Grade C or above in at least 5 GCSEs, including English and Mathematics
