Apprenticeship overview
On this Mortgage Adviser apprenticeship, you’ll comprehensively cover mortgages and related protection products, applying new knowledge and skills to offer game-changing advice to customers.
Throughout the course you’ll become familiar with financial services systems and processes. You’ll develop confidence operating within legal and regulatory frameworks, as well as corporate risks and governance frameworks. On top of high-level technical learning, you’ll strengthen crucial customer service skills such as listening and communication, problem solving, resilience and relationship building.
Your development on this programme will be recognised by the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) qualification from the London Institute of Banking and Finance.

Who’s eligible?
- To apply for this programme you must be employed in a relevant role.
- A minimum of five GCSEs with grades 9 to 4 (A* to C), including English and maths
