Make an impact from day one, with learning that is directly relevant to your role and organisation, backed by a Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualification. To support your development, you’ll learn soft skills to power decision making, ensuring you deliver effective and reliable service to clients. You’ll demonstrate high level skills in critical thinking, data analysis, and relationship management.  

Who's eligible?

  • To apply for this programme you must be employed in a relevant role.
  • A minimum of five GCSEs with grades 9 to 4 (A* to C), including English and maths
OR
  • Relevant work experience

Targeted Skills

  • Core understanding of insurance principles, products, and market practices, including London Markets or Insurance Fundamentals pathways.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking and data analysis to assess risk, interpret information, and support decision making.
  • Strengthened client service and relationship management skills to deliver reliable, high quality support.
  • Competence in claims, underwriting, or broking processes, enabling effective performance across insurance functions.
  • Achievement of the CII Certificate in Insurance, validating foundational technical expertise.
