Apprenticeship overview
This programme builds strong foundations in compliance, risk, and regulatory understanding, helping you progress quickly from new starter to trusted team member. You’ll apply learning directly to your role, staying current with regulatory changes while identifying and analysing risk and compliance issues across the business. With expert tutor support, you’ll develop confidence in tackling organisational challenges, using data, reports, and management information to drive effective solutions. Your development is strengthened through the option to complete either the ICA Certificate or Advanced Certificate, depending on your experience.
Who’s eligible?
- Relevant work experience
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs with grades 9 to 4 (A* to C) including English and Mathematics
