The Level 4 AI Transformation Specialist apprenticeship builds the skills to drive AI adoption across Santander. It strengthens your ability to analyse processes, identify where AI adds value, and turn business challenges into practical, ethical and secure AI solutions. You gain the foundations of data science, machine‑learning awareness, and hands‑on capability in automation, data engineering and AI strategy to support Santander’s transformation.

Who's eligible?

Eligibility can vary but typically includes one of the following:
  • Five GCSE’s at grades 9 to 4 (A* to C)
  • Level 3 qualification such as A-Levels (or equivalent)

Targeted Skills

  • Advanced business analysis techniques for identifying and improving processes
  • Practical AI integration skills across the full AI lifecycle, from requirements to deployment
  • Stakeholder engagement and change‑management capabilities to support AI adoption
  • Financial assessment skills, including ROI calculation and benefits realisation for AI initiatives
  • AI‑powered process modelling and quality‑assurance methods to optimise organisational performance
