This Integrated Degree apprenticeship is designed for future leaders ready to take charge of complex projects and deliver results that matter. It blends academic learning at degree level with practical workplace experience, empowering you to become a confident, capable project manager who can inspire teams, manage resources, and turn strategy into reality. This programme goes far beyond theory. You will achieve a BSc (Hons) in Project Management, while applying what you learn directly into Santander. From managing budgets and stakeholders to leading change and embedding sustainability, every module builds skills that make a real business impact from day one.

Who’s eligible?
Eligibility can vary but typically includes one of the following:
- A Level 3 Qualification such as A-Levels (or equivalent to 104 UCAS points)
